At Loops & Paws, we believe that everyone should be able to browse, shop, and enjoy our handmade crochet plushies. We are a small family-run business made up of two young sisters, and we are genuinely committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits loopsandpaws.co.uk to have a warm, welcoming experience, regardless of ability or the tools they use to browse the web. How Accessible Our Website Is

We have taken the following steps to make our website accessible:

Known Limitations

We are honest about the areas where our website is not yet fully accessible. As a small business we are working on these improvements, and we aim to resolve them as soon as possible:

  • Some older blog post images may not yet have full alt text; we are updating these on a rolling basis.

  • Our website is built on Wix, which uses some third-party widgets (such as the Instagram feed) whose accessibility we cannot fully control.

  • PDF files (such as product care guides) may not be fully screen-reader optimised. If you need the information in an alternative format, please contact us and we will send it to you.

  • Very long product descriptions may not yet have summary headings for easier screen-reader navigation.

Ongoing Improvements

We are a small business run by two young sisters, but accessibility matters to us. We review this statement regularly and aim to keep improving. Our planned improvements for the next 12 months include:
