Our Story

We’re Andrea and Alba, and we’re the sisters behind every Loops & Paws plushie.

 

Andrea is the maker: she chooses the colours and crochets each plushie entirely by hand. What started as a hobby has turned into a genuine passion. She can turn a ball of yarn into a cuddly animal in a few hours, and there is always another plushie on her hook.

 

Alba runs the other half of the business. She takes all the product photos, wraps every order in our signature tissue paper and stickers, writes the thank-you notes, and manages our social media. She’s the reason your parcel looks so lovely when it arrives.

 

Together, we make a pretty good team. We work surrounded by yarn (so much yarn), safety eyes in every size imaginable, and usually at least one dog trying to steal the stuffing.

 

We started Loops & Paws because we believe handmade things have a magic that mass-produced toys simply can’t match. When you hold one of our plushies, you’re holding something that took hours of real care to make. Every stitch is deliberate. Every detail matters to us.

 

Safety matters to us too. All our plushies are made with child-safe materials. We use lock-in safety eyes, hypoallergenic polyester stuffing, and yarn tested for harmful substances. Your little ones deserve the safest cuddles.
